Web Application
The novel web application will have as a goal the processing, storage, and smart representation (mapping and temporal evolution) of data originating from the portable diagnostic systems. Through this web application data will be stored for a long period of time giving the means for tracking the evolution of a bacterial infection in geographical space and time. Representation of data will be done through geographical heat maps and would be filtered by location, time and bacterial infection.
