The lab-on-PCB will be inserted in a user-friendly, portable instrument which will allow in an automated manner:

1. fluid sample handling
2. temperature control for carrying out biological reactions,
3. sensor readout, and
4. data acquisition and processing

The instrument will be complemented with a web application for data processing, storage, and mapping of the results for monitoring disease spreading.
